Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Navarre: Page 16, line 13: Delete "may" Insert "shall" Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Navarre: Add the following: Page 16, line 13, after "time": Insert "the commissioner determines it necessary" Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that the amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Objection was not maintained to Amendment No. 1 as amended, and so, it was adopted.
